Nestled in the scenic landscape of Gotland, this project involved the complete transformation and total refurbishment of a former workshop into a vibrant summer sanctuary for a mother and her teenage children.
 

We began by completely gutting the existing structure to plan an entirely new, optimized layout from the ground up:

• We inverted the original layout, moving the kitchen downstairs to anchor the main living and entertaining zone, while dedicating the upper level to rest and relaxation.
   

• Smart Sleeping Quarters: The upstairs was reconfigured to feature four distinct bedrooms alongside a spacious, custom loft designed to comfortably accommodate an influx of summer guests.
   

• Bespoke Joinery & Design: We designed and installed custom doors and windows to flood the space with natural light, alongside a new kitchen, bathroom, and living area downstairs.
