A restaurant in West London.

The internal volume had to be totally reconfigured to accommodate a larger kitchen with charcoal cooking, increased dining capacity and a new entrance route which was devised to fulfil the potential of an under used front courtyard and side conservatory.

Starting from scratch, we researched and developed an interior concept, graphic language and food and beverage brief that carefully balanced the character of the pub building with its new design elements, introducing these to fulfill the concept without it looking forced.
