New Inn Yard

We are pleased to introduce our  designs for the refurbishment of 44-46 New Inn Yard, transforming a derelict mid C20th warehouse building into flexible office accommodation for Frameworks,  workplace experts.

​

Tied together by the beautiful structural frame we uncovered during the strip out, our design reveals and celebrates the scars left by past alterations and adaptations of this resilient building .

 

We have complemented these through the addition of new elements that allow the building to fulfil its future purpose as offices.

​

Using a light touch and with a palette evoking the era in which the building was conceived, we’ve been respectful of the buildings history, whilst ensuring that its future remains as vibrant as its past.
